If you thought Sturgeon was incoherent on the GRR in yesterday's interview, here's an earlier example.
The matter here is the costs of setting up all the new government departmants if we ever vote for "independence".
Some numpty Professor says £450m. Sturgeon seems to agree without actulally saying so. Interviewer points out setting up one department - DWP - is costing £200m.
Sturgeon says "Burble burble burble". Hasn't a clue.
