I have never been so excited and then disgusted within 5 seconds of learning something that should be amazing; EA naturally bombs any hope I had for this remaster of The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 because it requires their putrid EA App.
Yeah, I could use Lutris, I don't want to bother because these little barriers to entry are unnecessary; I can't be arsed to pay EA money to get the privilege to jump over those barriers. That and Denuvo being used makes my interest wane doubly fast, I despise anti-tamper software like this.
I'll just sit this one out, unless they release it for Xbox too. I would be surprised they'd leave money on the table, but it wouldn't surprise me either. ROFL
