Music Special Forces, brought up organic from the Mitten. We have a music wellspring here, and can alight the underbrush around it.
Michigan's greater Motown proving the Arsenal of Democracy ain't just the few cities supplying the engines of change. It was her people, & her people's roots run deep. Right down into that wellspring.

There is a plan in place for the more conservative areas of music currently, and I would love for there to be a sweary version of Hee Haw, but that cannot be an initial thrust.
Jazz worked last time because that is what was edgy & new at a time of media/content desaturation.
Those times are not these.
Limiting a mindset to the past's templates on a supersaturated media/content climate is doomed to plant few seeds in fewer minds.

Government organizations are staid by nature. Government organizations that promote culture & art doubly so, for obvious reasons. Edgy is not what they do, and when they try, the result is most usually hilarious.
Most nations fall into the trap of always fighting their current battle within the lens of what they did in the last.
In the context of what our aim is, it would be like bringing Hee Haw to a Tupac fight. Just different arenas of thought, mate. Plan lost to first contact as is the norm.
Using what worked for music in WWI or WWII cannot be a template for what music can accomplish in warfare during our times. It will look & ring hollow. It would, will fail.
