* #NinthCircuit granted #TST partial victory in form of an additional opportunity to make defamation claims in federal district court against Johnson et al Defendants.

Moreover, we’re still being sued by #TheSatanicTemple in federal appellate court and now #KingCounty Superior Court.

The judge granted our motion to dismiss against The Satanic Temple for the second time.
But when it comes to #TheSatanicTemple, there's always more and it's always worse, so if you are in a place to hold them accountable, please continue to do so.
Moreover we are NOT still being sued by The Satanic Temple in federal court. 🎉🎉🎉
