Nice work from the team at Van Andel Institute (including my former colleague Ian Orozco) to show the temperature dependence of ligand action - a concept new to me - for TRPM4 ion channel. The binding sites for activators are temperature dependent. Very interesting. We will put it on the list for our Master student Oberseminar in NeuroBiophysics.
