Following up from my post a few days ago about how I was a heartless bastard and made whole families of #DustBunnies homeless ... here's a chart of #PowerConsumption over the last month. Peak power draw with dust bunnies: 32W. And without dust bunnies: 54W. So running cooler, but capable of turning more power into computrons when needed. And of course it's spending far more time just ticking over consuming 10W instead of running as hard as it can. #ThermalThrottling

#CPUusage on this machine over the last week. As you can see there's an overnight job that maxes out all the cores. Can you guess when it was that I evicted the #DustBunnies and it stopped #ThermalThrottling?
