Ok so the Pocketjet PJ-663 manual says,
“- Avoid contact with Diazo (blueprint), carbon-less, or cast-coated papers.- Avoid contact with vinyl or acetate materials, such as many notebook or report covers.
- Avoid contact with organic solvents, oils, and ammonia.
- When using a coloured marker, be sure to use one with a water-based ink. If you use a solvent-based marker, it may darken the paper.”
So like, I can watercolour just fine, but not acrylic paint them (fine by me).
The laminate is made of PET, which is polyester?

I'm sitting here intending to #thermalpaper-print some pics and trying to decide what might look nice in grainy B&W when @sk76 toots a small thread about iconic B&W photographer Ansel Adams! There's a little trove of photos he donated to the LA library in the '60s.I'll now print and share my favourite few images! Go take a look at SK's thread and peruse the pics yourself if you like street photography. Give him a follow if you like vintage imagery.

I printed a few pics and wondered what it would do with a very wide aspect ratio. Would it print or truncate at some ratio like 3:2 or something?

I received the cheap printer ($12) I wanted to play with. It's like the toy camera, but without the camera part. You can send things from your phone - text and images. Fun.

Also legally those cashier reciepts do come with actual usefulness as businesses can actually use them to get taxes reimbursed and account for business expenses like material purchases (i.e. a restaurant buys a pack of kitchen tissues or toilet papers and thus these are business expenses)...
#NotLegalAdvice #NotTaxAdvice but unlike #NFTs they actually fulfill a function and provide value, also even the most toxic #ThermalPaper is less envoirmentally bad than #Ethereum!
