Psychodynamic therapy is blowing my mind a bit. The complexity of unconscious processes, transference, and early relational patterns makes me pause and really reflect. Every class leaves me contemplative, with more questions than answers. I love that. These ideas feel alive, like something I can sense and feel in myself and others.
