I binge-watched #ThePatient with Steve Carrell and Domhnall Gleeson in the past two days, and while I really enjoyed watching this suspenseful psychology drama, I was disappointed by the conclusion. None of the characters got what they really deserved (but I guess life is unfair or something).

#ThePatient is a fascinating allegory on how MAGA/BREXIT haters have taken society hostage – and why attempts to educate or 'heal' them is destined to fail. Coz you can't heal haters who have no empathy. You can only lock them out and 'suspend their accounts' to prevent more harm.

For those who've seen #ThePatient, I was surprised by the last episode but not in a good way. Did Steve Carrell only sign a one-year contract or something?
Although I enjoyed it overall and thought it was well written, I'm not sure I want to spend another season with just "Sam" plus whoever else they write in for him to play with.

Just putting this out there; #DomhnallGleeson in #ThePatient could be his best role ever! Absolutely phenomenal stuff! #SteveCarell is superb too! This is quality TV! 👏

If you're looking for series to watch, I'd highly recommend #ThePatient.
A great psychological thriller starring #SteveCarrell and #DomhnallGleeson.
I love Carrell and its great to see him in more drama based roles rather than comedy. Lots of great topics covered in the series too.
