Picked up my cash Yen yesterday and this morning my busses to & from #FujiQHighland were confirmed, so everything is now in place for #TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift! 😎

Just ten work days (or 12 total days) now before I set off on my first visit to Japan!

And at 3AM, onboard a coach driving through rainy Northern France, I got my Priority Seating (Restaurant Reservation) booked for lunch at Crystal Palace in #TokyoDisneyland on my birthday #TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift

The theme of this weekend has definitely been trip planning for me. I have an extensive planning note for #TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift which has been getting ever more filled out with itinerary items for my #TokyoDisney & #USJ park days (& a few other days) since Friday night

As you might expect, this has also meant I’ve spent quite a lot of time watching TDR Explorer videos as well 😅

Rolling on with prep for #TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift, I already had my #UniversalStudiosJapan ticket which I get free through my employer (🙌🏻), but got my Express Pass today and I got the one I wanted - #MarioKartRide, #DonkeyKongRide #TheFlyingDinosaur & #Jaws or #JurassicParkTheRide! #Japan #USJ

Another couple of prep tasks for #TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift completed today. Moved the money from my savings account to PayPal Credit to pay off the flights and set up a digital SUICA Card for transit payments in Apple Wallet to confirm my UK card can top it up - works fine! #Japan #Travel

#TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift preparations continue! I now have the voucher for my #UniversalStudiosJapan Ticket. I work for a division of Comcast, so I get one day admission there for free. Still need to buy the tickets for #TokyoDisneyland & #TokyoDisneySea, but those dates aren’t out yet

Booked my flights to and from #Japan this morning! I’ll be travelling with #TurkishAirlines between #London #Heathrow and #Tokyo #Narita via #Istanbul. Wound up paying a little more than I originally planned to, though still an affordable amount and it looks like they have a great Economy product. Plus the departure and arrival times were near enough perfect. So between that and peace of mind I felt like it was worth it ☺️#TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift

I’ll also of course be enjoying time in both #Tokyo and #Osaka, and I have lots of things I want to see and do, from visiting Chis Broad’s bar, to shopping in places like #Akihabara, hunting for bargains in Hard Off, lots of dining…It’s going to be a big one! #TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift

Why's it called #TheParksForThe34thTokyoDrift? The first week there I have my 34th Birthday, which I'll be celebrating at #TokyoDisneyland. The first of 5 theme parks I'm planning on visiting on the trip. The others are #TokyoDisneySea, #UniversalStudiosJapan, #NagashimaSpaLand & #FujiQHighland

Big day for my trip to #Japan in October. Got my Bonus in, so started booking things up. I have hotels booked for both weeks now! Four total, two around #TokyoBay, one in #Osaka and one in #Tokyo proper - #Akihabara to be exact!
