Just ran a short scenario of #TheOneRingRPG for my son, namely The Conspiracy Most Cracked from the Starter Set. He played Paladin Took, sent on an adventure by Bilbo Baggins to retrieve a map from the Mathom House in Michel Delving.

Never participated in something like #rpgaday2023 so here goes nothing:

For first RPG bought and most recent bought so 03&04 goes with The One Ring Core Rulebook 2nd edition. Didn't know that was a thing. Saw it, ordered it. Am curious to see what it is like.

Probably never going to play, but I like collecting #lotr things and might just take some bits of it into my #DND campaigns.

@Yora is there really that many? I know of both versions of #TheOneRingRPG and their #DnD compatible variants (Adventures in Middle-Earth, The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying). MERP and LotR Adventure game are both much older. I’ve not seen any other official ones though I think there’s a few indie ones on itch with the serial numbers slightly scrubbed off.

Man, now that #DungeonsAndDragonsMovie will make a ton of money, I hope they adapt more #ttrpgs like #StarWarsRPG, #AlienRPG, #TheOneRingRPG, #StarTrekAdventures and even the old #GhostbustersRPG into film!!!!!!11

Parto dai giochi più tradizionali: “L’Unico Anello”, 2ª edizione ha, in inglese, uno “Strider Mode”, che è una modalità solitaria progettata a livello di design da Shawn Tomkin, autore di un altro gioco di ruolo in solitario, “Ironsworn”.
