Another day gone with no contact from (or means to make contact with) #TheOneBroadband seems like the #Octaplus handover is as borked as ever. My (paid extra for) fixed IP is gone and the quality of the connection this afternoon has been sub-optimal.
Anyone got any tips for a cost conscious UK ISP on #CityFibre that will provide a fixed IP also?

Anyone else been bitten by the botched handover of #Octaplus to #TheOneBroadband #ISP?
They've scuppered my fixed IP (therefore breaking all my #homelab services) and the general internet access today as been flakey AF.
No information, no response from inquiries on their webform and the phonelines go to VM, disappointing.....

#TheOneBroadband, can I help (in the longer run)? I've got a #DegreeApprenticeship #Training programme in #Software or #Networking available as well as #DataAnalyst and #DataScience programmes, perhaps we can talk about getting some additional skills capacity in to your workforce?
