The album this is from, Second Selection (1999) is one of my favourite albums of kiwi down tempo electronica. Especially the final track, Time is Running Out, whose warning seems all the more urgent almost a quarter of a century later:

One thing I find fun about dub producer The Nomad is that after his 1998 debut album Movement, he gave the next four names reflecting their order of release; Second Selection (1999), Level 3 (2001), Step 4th (2003), and then Quinessence (2005):
