Brilliant stencil #artist #ScottWilliams has died, so this prompted me to look this #TimeCapsule video up featuring him that was shot at the 1991 #Carmanic #Convergence out in the industrial #SanFrancisco warehouse loading docks that later became known as #MissionBay.
