I loved #TheBirthdayParty, what a mad band. And I liked #NickCave's first few solo albums, but when this record came out and i heard #TheMercySeat, wow. I'm still amazed by this song. Released over 25 years ago, it's still a monument to #songwriting as #storytelling
What a killer song.
