CW: Meinung zu The Magnus Archive
Ich habe jetzt alle (Haupt-)Folgen #TheMagnusArchive gehört und hier mein Fazit: Grundsätzlich mag ich es, aber ich finde, es hat stark abgebaut mit der Zeit.
Am stärksten fand ich es in der ersten Staffel, als Dinge noch tatsächlich mysteriös waren und das Team Nachforschungen gemacht hat. Auch die zweite Staffel fand ich gut, denn NotThem ist wirklich ein sehr verstörendes Konzept, das aber exzellent in das passt, was man bis dahin gehört hat. 1/X -

Just listened to the first three episodes of #TheMagnusProtocol, the sequel series to The Magnus Archive from #RustyQuill. I’ve really enjoyed what I’ve heard so far and am looking forward to more.
It seems the victims in episodes 2 and 3 don’t seem to recognise they’re being corrupted, which feels different from how it worked in #TheMagnusArchive. Maybe that means the Fears work differently here?

Just got an account set up on #Miraheze to set up a private wiki for a new story idea I have.
Taking inspiration from #OldGodsOfAppalachia and #TheMagnusArchive to make an urban fantasy/horror thing featuring an academic department funded through creative grant writing which investigates the weird stories of Northeast Ohio. Filing the serial numbers off a local college and calling it #MahoningStateUniversity
