去年年末に1年の読書を振り返って『リベラルとは何か』再読しないとと言いつつ未実行。去年そう言った時点の前から継続して今はE.H.カー『歴史とは何か』旧訳（聖書みたいだな）を読んでるんだけど、やっぱりリベラル本読み返す必要あるわ、第一次世界大戦のことや保守主義のこともふわっとしかわかってないわとか、積読山の構成組み替え（ときどき補充）という結果ばかりである。わかったところで自分が満足する（できるかも怪しいが）だけなんだけど。それと、アウトプットすると記憶できるというのは逆説的におそらく正しい。リアルで話す友達は同居人くらいしかいないので、いよいよ少しは書かねばとも思っている。

Been listening to the well performed youtube audiobooks of #ShortStories that are collected in #WSomersetMaugham's #TheCasuarinaTree (1926).
Four stories listened to so far, not quite in order, and it looks clear that the violence of, and corrosive effects of, #Colonialism was common knowledge in Britain.

Four stories listened to so far, not quite in order, and it looks clear that the violence of, and corrosive effects of, #Colonialism was common knowledge in Britain.

I've been enjoying my share of #VisualNovels on #NintendoSwitch I started by playing #SaintMaker which is a yuri religious horror story with great voice acting and narrative. Easy to 100%, about 5h. I loved every bit of it. Then #PerfectGold a mini yuri novel, 2 hours max, only focused on romance. I started #TheLetter this weekend and it's easily the best of the lot. It branches a lot and everything is so well sewn together. We play an horror story from the perspective of 7 characters.

“The sleeping man is my husband the artist Saied Dai and yes, there is a tiny self-portrait in the reflection on the desk lamp – a silent witness.
