Please keep in mind that it's only my opinion, I might be too sensitive about this topic. #TheLegendOfTheBlueSea is a popular #kdrama that a lot of people loved. I might be the weird one 😉

@Missrdevine @EllenInEdmonton well, he lost me completely in #TheLegendOfTheBlueSea . Ladies, that #kdrama portrays an abusive relationship. The ML forbids the FL to dress how she likes, to go out as much as she likes and he threatens her to be kicked out if she doesn't comply. And she does comply without complaining, like a puppy, not a human being. I felt the urge to scream during those scenes. Why are you all loving it?

@[email protected] @[email protected] Hard to tell if that's casting or the actor, at least from my perspective. At any rate, I think he has amazingly regal bearing and mad kitchen skills. He's also an adept equestrian, which indicates that he probably grew up wealthy. I've only seen him in #TheLegendOfTheBlueSea and #TheKingEternalMonarch and enjoyed both.

@EllenInEdmonton @Missrdevine #LeeMinHo always plays the same character. He's the obsessive control-freak and jealous boyfriend, chaebol-rich, bossing everyone around him.
He was like that in #TheHeirs #TheLegendOfTheBlueSea and the few episodes I saw of #BoysOverFlowers

I've been enjoying a lot the thrilling action plot about power gain and related crimes.
Flashbacks of previous lives during the Joseon period were also perfectly developed.
The romance part had some issues. The ML is obsessive, super jealous and hyper-controlling. The FL simply let him be. If this wasn't fictional it would be an abusive relationship.
I still recommend it though.Vote: 8/10
