"The Last Unicorn" was nice.
There would certainly be things to be improved. Some scenes seem weirdly glued together with no clear direction, but I've seen that in several old cartoons.

But ultimately the mood and music are very nice, and as I'm a sucker for "beacons of good and light" stuff I have to respect unicorns, of course!

The soundtrack is also very nice.

Not to be the one to call for remakes of "old classics", most of them don't need that, but I do think one or two scenes could use just some minutes more to establish characters and motivations a bit more.

But, ultimately, it's a fairy tale, and maybe it's just fine as is.

But yeah, unicorns are good! 😊

I'm watching The Last Unicorn today. I havent watched it since I was a kid, so I have almost no memory of it. I wonder how much of it I subconsciously held onto? 🤔

40 animators animate pieces of a scene from The Last Unicorn over the original audio. Some really great segments here.

One of my most intricate paintings to date, 'A Rare Sighting' - this one is a showstopper. I offer layaway payments for larger pieces like this. You can find it here: buff.ly/lSxHv4U #unicorn #fantasyart #folklore #unicornart #unicornlove #hobbitcore #cottagecore #myth #legend #thelastunicorn

I don't remember all of the movies I introduced my friends to this way, but they definitely included #TheLastUnicorn, #TheNeverendingStory, and #TheDarkCrystal.

Growing up as a #bilingual #ThirdCultureKid can be fun, but it is definitely weird most of the time.

For this workshop, we will also create little scenes with paper and scissors 😁
So I'm testing different techniques to present. Here's a scene from the last unicorn, one of my favorite animation movies 💚

Started to play #BayonettaOriginsCerezaAndTheLostDemon + I'm afraid I'm in ❤️ .
#Bayonetta is new territory for me. I don't know the previous games but gosh, how wonderful does this look + feel. Also, & this is where they just get me really hard: the forest I'm moving through & the demon Cheshire remind me so much of the forest from #TheLastUnicorn & the red bull. And those who know me are aware: #TheLastUnicorn is closest to my heart. I just hope that this game won't be too hard for me... 😅

It begiiiiins. (Ripperoni to my hand)~ #MastoArt #DigitalArt #Wip #TheLastUnicorn
