Hiked for 3hrs today with my support worker. I rolled my ankle an hour in but soldiered on. Only really hurt the last 45mins of the hike. Not bruised or swollen, so I'm lucky, but giving gym a miss tomorrow until the pain subsides.

On the plus side, I had a great day. We saw a slew of kangaroos, three gang gangs, two massive Eagles, one kookaburra, and a plethora of other birds.
