My prediction for the US Supreme Court (#SCOTUS), and I'm not happy with the way my thoughts are going: the court will find that presidents cannot be charged criminally for just about anything they do during their presidency. #TheFormerGuy will gloat; and, also (at least partly) in reaction to the decision, justices Sotomayor and Kagan will immediately resign, to have their replacements chosen with Dem president and senate. This implies we won't get the decision until Friday.
