It's one of those sci-fi or fantasy based films, in which a kid or younger person is cast as a hero or cohort, that just appeals to me, much like:

#BulletProofMonk (2003)
#TheForbiddenKingdom (2008)None of which are great movies from a film making POV but are movies that I find very entertaining nonetheless.
