The Feelies - In Between
Let no one say The Feelies aren’t thinking about what their cover shots mean.
Here Before—the comeback album—was arriving at a riverbank that had clearly had people there before. And this, despite the "between trees" shot, also has a vanishing point, showing the way forward.
A mellower album that Here Before (which isn't to say “mellow" as such), but everything just feels right—they are well and truly back.
