Por más que fastidie a columnistas puristas (incluye jóvenes), aunque ya a la baja, las pelis de fantasía son indivisibles de este cuarto de siglo. Afino: los superhéroes.

Una cuestión es que muchas veces sean entretenimiento y otra que no tengan grados y capas narrativas en distinta medida, examinadas peli a peli. O que haya indignidad en el cine masivo.

Los cómics originales, de hecho, suelen presentar a personajes interesantes (fuente de inspiración de otres creadores) en dramas existenciales dentro de un contexto inédito.

Curtido en la tele más ambiciosa, Matt Shakman, ha insuflado una vida inesperada a la que parecía una familia sin futuro en el cine, y con ello ha alentado a las producciones que vendrán.

¿Hasta dónde llegarías a sacrificar para garantizar el bien común y ser fiel a tus principios?

Sin apenas alusión a sus orígenes, nuevo canon superheroico, Los 4 Fantásticos se presentan embalados en un acertadísimo paquete del futuro pasado que aporta clase a cada escenario narrativo.

Palidecen los villanos nada más plantear su ambición. Galactus ni aterra ni muestra grandes poderes, y la surfista tiene un lore mil veces visto. También se peca de cierto buenismo a la hora de buscar comprensión ciudadana.

Los protas están más centrados que nunca, como familia y como protectores. Johnny es ligón pero no mujeriego lo que le deja tiempo para ser hermano, tío, amigo, ¡listo! Ben menos bruto, más sentimental y preocupado por su aspecto (¿con o sin barba?).

Reed en cambio sigue en esa onda pabilosa y académica tan suya, ni comparación con Sue, que se alza como una fuerza de la naturaleza y el pilar de la familia. Sue sirviendo.

Porque la decisión de Sue y su arrojo condicionan la trama. Una de eje interesante, bien llevada y mejor presentada.
