I am watching to see it before it leaves #Netflix on Aug 23rd. So very good!

On eps 11 of 16 & I *still* am not sure who the good guy is or who the bad guy is!! Excellent story so far.

In this drama, an older man is obsessed with a younger one who looks like someone he knew who died. And I love this as a writing trope, because you have all these angles.

The person had a relationship with the dead person, but he sees the person who is alive and thinks of what he could have done different, but the young person is different and will wonder why the older person is so attracted to him, and whether he sees him at all. Neat

From a naive, insecure, manipulated and abused wife, she turned into this confident, badass and vengeful angel.

Also Park Jin-young in #TheDevilJudge. After being betrayed he threw away all of his principles and decided to follow the devil's plan.

However it is a pity that the dystopian world is not dystopian enough. I didn't get the feeling that the setting was a different world. Also I believe the screenwriter tried to mix too many elements without a clear vision.

The directing was too chaotic too. Sometimes too focused on character's reactions and expressions without a strong story context.

In the struggle for power the big cheese is Jung Sun-ah (#KimMinJung #김민정), the cunning secretary of a powerful foundation holding the reins of the government.

The acting is really remarkable. I found Ga-On' s naivety sometimes annoying but Jin-young's expressions truly conveyed the required innocence.
And I was no less impressed by Ji Sung and Kim Min-Jung. They both had a difficult role and they totally nailed it.

A dystopian #kdrama about a post-pandemic South Korea slowly falling into dictatorship.

The dark hero is Kang Yo-han, a reality TV judge whose motives and actions are quite disruptive. This role is perfectly interpreted by #JiSung (#지성).
The anti hero is instead Kim Ga-on (#kpop #GOT7's #ParkJinYoung #박진영), a young judge trying to counter-balance a justice system offered to the masses as manipulative entertainment.
