Esto es un recordatorio para mí y una nota para quien pudiera tener problemas con el programa, como en la programación de toots. #TheDesk 25.3.0 funciona perfectamente.

Esto parece ya un diario, pero #TheDesk 25.2.2 sigue sin permitir programar mensajes. 25.2.0 no tiene ese problema y se puede seguir usando.

Lo pongo por si a alguien más le pasa. Ahora #TheDesk ha actualizado a 25.2.1 y no deja programar mensajes, ni en la versión web 🤦‍♂️ .

Finalmente, en #TheDesk 25.2.0, se puede recibir el código de autorización y no hay que recurrir a usar la web. En la versión 25.1.5 aún no se podía, ni cuando volvió a incluirla tras retroceder a 25.1.4.

#TheDesk Vamos por la versión 25.1.4 y no parece haberse solucionado pero he descubierto que en la versión web te da la clave y funciona bien.

#TheDesk 20.0.15 se actualizó ayer a 25.1.0 y hoy a 25.1.1. No mantiene la cuenta logueada pero el código de autorización para volver a hacerlo no sale. Si vuelvo a 20.0.15, no puedo subir imágenes😕 Si no soy únicamente yo, quizás mañana haya un 25.1.2 y lo solucione.

Hoy he cambiado mi avatar, ya que el otro era algo oscuro y la verdad es que no era muy estetico.
En tamaño grande, para escritorio se veia bien, pero al verlo en el movil... no
Tambien cambia la fuente de letras para el nick, ya que queria renovar en algo mas 😆

Revisando los clientes para el #fediverso he mirado y tratado de probar los que se encuentran en la pagina de joinmastodon, probablemente la mas completa lista.

Y aqui mi resultado:
1) en mi Ubuntu 2204 con Budgie y para los siguientes clientes ni siquiera consegui añadir mi cuenta #friendica : #Hyperspace, #Whalebird, #Elk, #theDesk
2) en el caso de #Tuba, el diseño es simplemente perfecto, pero viene solo en el horrendo #flatpak y por añadidura en mi sistema presentaba graves problemas al momento de querer escribir y cierres inesperados
3) en los casos de #Sengi y #Fedistar la estetica es muy poco flexible y esta bastante minimalista en direccion opuesta a mi gusto

Eso es todo por ahora.

Al fin he encontrado cómo programar mensajes en #Mastodon. Hasta ahora, encontraba programas que ofrecían interactuar más lento en Mastodon en un ordenador con internet (sin usar el navegador) o en sistemas operativos de hace 30-40 años.

Esas son las prioridades del usuario común, pero yo quería programar mensajes y con TheDesk puedo hacerlo, incluyendo imágenes con ALT. Quizás haya otro que lo haga, pero ninguno lo indica. #TheDesk

@mina actually I already tried it and it's built in. I am posting via #TheDesk, and the scheduled toots also show up on #Tusky.

from what I see there's no way to see them either in TheDesk or online though. Which is kind of stupid.

Also I now am thinking of just posting on a blog and have them transfer to mastodon via #mastofeed

tryong out #TheDesk as a desktop client. one thing is already better: the timelines do actually fill the whole screen. unlike in the #mastodon web app.

Ich weiß wohl, dass es nerven könnte, aber ich glaub' es ja selbst kaum: Ich glaube, den richtigen #Mastodon- Client gefunden zu haben.
#TheDesk gibt es auch für #Linux! Hochgradig anpassbar, sieht also nicht mehr aus, wie ein Fremdkörper auf meinem Bildschirm, die Spalten lassen sich einrichten, über- unter- nebeneinander, u.s.w..
Macht Spaß, das Ding. Ich empfehle das mal schon im Vorraus. :linux:​

En ces temps obscurs pour Ex-Twitter et Tweetdeck (RIP), quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter de #TheDesk ici même... Les utilisateurs historiques de Tweetdeck y retrouveront vraiment leurs marques mais avec une dimension multi-instances forcément riche 💗

It seems powerful with lots of interesting feature options, but not sure if those additional features would be a barrier to use - are they more suited to corporate or power users?

Insomnia has reared it's ugly head at me, so I thought I'd install #TheDesk on #ubuntumate, just getting used to the layout, but maybe it's the wrong tim #adventuretime around while I'm fighting sleep? #insomnia It seems I've become a fan of #Adventure after my daughter has fallen asleep, I've found myself getting to like Finn and Jake 🤣

I'm giving a second chance to #Tokodon app, and I can say it is already functional.. BUT I think I got used to the view of multiple columns than to a single one... so, in that point #TheDesk app covers it better.

I dunno what to think about #TheDesk.top -- it's got a bit of a rough UI / UX, but it seems to work well...and it's more flexible than the default mastodon UI.... I think it's missing the one thing that I wanted: tray integration....
