The #GandCanyon Challenge.
I struggled with this one. Not only because of the 451 km. It is a Colorado River rafting tour. So the scenery doesn't change much. It didn't feel like making any progress. Exploring the nearby area and reading the interesting stories was fun, though. It is a place I would like to visit someday. #TheConqueror #VirtualChallenge

5 Challenges, 4,5 months, 1062 km. And finally, the ring is destroyed! 😊 I don't want to sound dramatic, so I'm not saying these challenges have changed my life. But they provided the impulse to be on the move. Right now I walk 8 to 10 km on a daily basis. Since time is an issue I won't be able to continue like that "forever". But hopefully still regularly. Yesterday I ran my 1000th kilometer for 2020 and met my Conquer 2020 Virtual Challenge goal. When I started the challenge in January I felt confident I would be able to keep on track and I'm happy I was able to even with the complications that the pandemic and parenthood threw my way.
