I'm somewhat surprised that I liked #28yearsLater and #TheBoneTemple. Still too gory and brutal for my personal taste, but somehow they did manage to give me interesting characters - especially the female ones - and dialogs, so I'm now looking forward to 28 years later III.

People in 10+ years will rediscover Ralph Fiennes in The Bone Temple and recognise it as one of the great camp performances in the best tradition of 20th century British theatre actors but you heard it hear first!

Just saw #TheBoneTemple, loved it, violent but "nice" violence, and they let it be cathartic. I am a bit sad they didn't release it as a double feature with the previous one as that would have been an amazing event.
But the post-credit-esque ending of the first one still isn't retroactively justified IMHO. They're not actually Power Rangers in the actual film. Bone Temple also links to the next movie at the end, but that was done *in a way that worked* fine without slightly harming the movie.
#28YearsLater #TheBoneTemple is so good. But I found a glairing problem. It does something facinating with zombies that really surprised me. But they way it does it repeats a trope that is not great. And prob could have been an easy fix.
I'll also say, I did not get to seeing the first 28 Years. So may be missing things. It's on my list. But I was able to enjoy this by and large.

War gestern in 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple im Kino und holy sh*t… der Film war richtig gut. 🧟♂️🔥
Dichte Atmosphäre, brutal spannend und genau dieser dreckige Endzeit-Vibe, den ich mir erhofft hab.
Bin echt begeistert absolute Empfehlung!

@filme_serien
Mehr ein Film mit Zombies als ein klassischer Zombiefilm, bleibt hier, trotz einiger Überraschungen und Highlights, sehr viel Potential ungenutzt liegen, was das Endergebnis unfertig und ziellos wirken lässt.

In summary: a film of contrasts - beauty and butchery, delight and depravity. Hugely enjoyable. #28YearsLater #TheBoneTemple

I don't really go to the #cinema on release day anymore, but I'll make an exception for #28YearsLater: #TheBoneTemple. The #28x #series is simply too good to miss. #MementoAmoris! #Horror #Filmsky #Movies
