I'm 60, and have seen more than my share of concerts, but
I was just thinking that out of probably more than a hundred shows, my all-time favorite was #theblasters just a handful of years ago, at [the late] Hodi's Half Note in #FortCollins #Colorado.Maybe it was the beer. Maybe it was the small venue, packed with what appeared to be "my tribe" - maybe they were just amazing.
Old dudes just walked up to the stage quietly, and just RIPPED into "Long White Cadillac" and I didn't stop bouncing until the end. I had bruises everywhere, was soaked in beer, thought I surely got tinnitus (I didn't) - goddamn it was GLORIOUS.

*4-11-44* by #theblasters is an amazing record, that transcends the genre.
Have you given it a spin, lately? Perhaps you should!
