Do not ever forget that none of our voting systems run on the Internet. They are on what we used to call an intranet, which is a closed loop that is specific to each individual voting location. There are always backup paper ballots because you know you put your paper ballot in the machine. The same tabulators were used in 2016 when Trump won, 2021 Trump lost and 2024 when Trump won.
