Les chevelus et jolis frères Avett sont originaires du sud des Etat-Unis, ce qui ne fait aucun doute à l'écoute de leur musique.

Mike Patton And The Avett Brothers Share New Single From “AVTT/PTTN”
Photo by CrackerfarmThe Avett Brothers and Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle) join forces on “Heaven’s Breath,” the final preview from their collaborative album AVTT/PTTN, out November 14 via Thirty Tigers, Ramseur Records, and Ipecac Recordings. The gritty, fuzz-drenched rock track channels raw intensity and bold experimentation. Produced by Patton and the Avetts alongside Grammy-winning engineer Dana Nielsen, the album merges Patton’s avant-garde energy with the Avetts’ heartfelt songwriting. “Heaven’s Breath” embodies the project’s fearless spirit—an unholy fusion of folk, rock, and alternative edge. Pre-orders for AVTT/PTTN are now live, promising one of 2025’s most anticipated collaborations.

The Avett Brothers Team Up With Mike Patton For New Project AVTT/PTTN
Photo by CrackerfarmIn one of the year’s most unexpected collaborations, Scott and Seth Avett of The Avett Brothers have joined forces with Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle) to form AVTT/PTTN. Their self-titled debut album will be released on November 14 via Thirty Tigers, Ramseur Records, and Ipecac Recordings. The first single, “Eternal Love,” is available now.
Born out of an exchange of mutual admiration, the project grew into a unique creative partnership. Songs were passed between the three musicians across coasts, each reshaping the material until it became something wholly new. The album features tracks like “Dark Night of My Soul,” blending acoustic roots with Patton’s dynamic vocals, and fuzz-driven numbers such as “Heaven’s Breath” that push into unfamiliar territory.
Produced by Patton, Scott Avett, and Grammy-winning engineer Dana Nielsen, the album embodies a spirit of experimentation and camaraderie. “This is what art is—making without ambition,” says Scott Avett.

Kein Ende in Sicht.
Allein der Titel: „I And Love and You“
Hier braucht es auch keine Anspieltipps, das komplette Album ist hörenswert.

Action is Identity
“Creators create. Action is identity. You become what you do. You don’t need permission from anybody to call yourself a writer, entrepreneur, or musician.
