Many thoughts about new story, including making it original #characters vs #FanFiction, but not written much. Felt such emotions for one character, it seems better to keep it a fanfic so they and another can play a more interesting role, and not just be really sad.
Talking about Gabe from #LockeAndKey and #FiveHargreeves of #TheUmbrellaAcademy btw. They’re both suited to a story like this, in a few ways, and very interesting to throw together.

Did some #writing for the second time in a week and it’s flowing well, sometimes I don’t have to think too much about it. I might have a #fanfiction in mind, original stuff isn’t coming as easily.
Years ago I wrote some about Five from #TheUmbrellaAcademy and the idea came back, but with some of Griffin Gluck’s characters (alternate realities ftw). Five and the umbrella crew could be involved too, but it might be too many characters. I’ll see how it goes.

Changes: An excellent episode. Luther deciding to trap Vanya in the isolation chamber again is tragic, and the episode ends on a heck of a final moment, with Vanya breaking free. I also like the idea of Hazel becoming a redeemed figure. He’s a fun character. #TheUmbrellaAcademy

Another excellent series comes to an end: we’ve just watched the finale of “The Umbrella Academy”.
The storyline of this final season & its very incomplete resolution has deeply divided opinion here, but I greatly enjoyed the madly dysfunctional family, especially Five & Lila, & will miss them.
Plus, tonight’s episode had the very best subtitle 🙂👇

In other clinical trial news, last night I finally used the TV provided in the room for the first time since I got here Monday morning: I binged the fourth and final season of #TheUmbrellaAcademy off of #Netflix.
No spoilers, but I enjoyed the episodes and found the ending satisfying.
Definitely worth staying up late to watch.

I have loved #TheUmbrellaAcademy since the beginning, but having Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman show up as a creepy husband and wife duo in this last season is just icing on the cake!

When The Expanse ended I felt such a loss, remembering how it all started, that I immediately restarted from the beginning. The Umbrella Academy ended recently and I felt the same and so I'm doing the same. The Umbrella Academy comics are awesome, don't get me wrong, but as I'm rewatching the Netflix series I have a new appreciation for their interpretation of the characters. Into the second season and absolutely worth the rewatch.

I finished S4 of #TheUmbrellaAcademy. Considering I was miserable by the end of S3, this was an improvement. A kind of rule of cute came about in S2-3 that I hated. Alot of that is gone here, but it does rear its head. We see alot more of the Hargreaves together. And most of their stories make sense.
There were some drama set up in S3 that is -droped-. But the drama here felt honest.
A BRAVE ending. Not everyone might like it, but the choice is interesting.
