A friend of mine is the head cook at a school I got this from them today.
A student comes up to grab a roll and says "Why is there a bite taken out of every roll? " I said when the rolls bake and proof they expand and touch and then when I pull it apart those spots happen. All my education & experience and I'm going backwards. I'm miserably sick about this. Wish me luck (?) on my interview? Maybe they won't hire me and another company will call & hire me? I won't hold my breath, I'll just put my best foot, face, & hope forward for this job.

If only. I've heard this since 1996. As far as my own life goes, life has continued to go backwards no matter how much I have pushed forward and do more. And as for that one person who continuously told this to me for 10 of those years is dead. So #ThatsLife I guess #NoExpectations
