One of my staff went from South Wales to Gatwick yesterday afternoon so they could overnight as they were delivering a training course at a clients today.
They arrived this morning, set up the training room only to be told that there was no one to train.
Everybody bar 1 person had taken pre-booked leave and the remaining person couldn't be released. (Not that it could have gone ahead with only 1 anyway).
What a waste of time, effort and, for the client, money!
