#thankyoucaregivers on the train in the Netherlands. We're supposed to voice our thanks to caregivers for their difficult time during this crisis.
All nice and symbolic, but it's just that symbolic. While supposedly thanking caregivers we're also still giving millions to insurance companies looking to further limit actual care.
And we're ignoring the actual issues of caregivers concerning working conditions and pay.
How about we actually show our thanks to caregivers instead of this symbolic nonsense.
