  1. ✨ let silence be a bridge to deeper connection (woke up to this)

    Appreciation
    1. Painted my nails festive red—love how they pop on the drum head.
    2. Photographed without makeup this year; usually just eyeliner or balm.
    3. Peaceful little buddha

Bonus: thanking my Meinl Sonic Energy 16” #framedrum with flower of life etched on goatskin—its gold matches the buddha.

🌊 My drum is a companion for healing. I pause and set intention: release, grounding, activation, or stillness. That intention becomes the heartbeat of rhythm.

I listen deeply, echo their state to build trust, then guide toward steadiness. Patterns merge into one wave, inviting the body to relax or open.

Sometimes rhythm crescendos then drops into silence, letting tension dissolve. The quiet after is powerful too.

I hold space for stillness so the body can absorb balance. Drumming isn’t just music—it’s shaping energy with heart and hands, weaving connection and renewal.

  3. When a person doesn’t have gratitude, something is missing in his or her humanity. A person can almost be defined by his or her attitude toward gratitude. - (Elie Wiesel)

Are we defined by our attitude toward gratitude? Elie Wiesel believed so. Share a moment when gratitude made a difference in your life.
