My friend Neil is hiking the entire length 185.2 miles (298 km) of the River Thames path for the Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary in one week.

Why are the #ThamesPath bike lanes so shit?? Is it because they're old cobbles or something?
Feels really pointless having it and it only really being walkable (thinking from around Rotherhithe thru Greenwich and on)Just, so bumpy. And of course so tourist-ful but that's nothing to do with the surfaces.

I have such lovely places to run nearby. It's a shame I stopped for so long.
Less than 10 weeks to The Big Half. I may not finish it fast, but if I stay on track I'll finish it strong.
