@pigeon_ I'd created a (sadly, very) long thread on Twitter of tweets at their customer service team pointing out all the errors I'd encountered. To be fair, they produce a lot of content/info over many formats (apps, websites, posters, signage, electronic boards), but it's still disapoinig, and wouldn't be tolerated in English, and while they were all acknowledged, few were corrected.
But I'm no longer on Twitter and #TfW / #TrC aren't on here, so that's sorted that!

#TFW you suspect your Roku remote is malfunctioning and that's why your TV keeps having a mind of its own but the remote doesn't have removable batteries so you can't turn it off, and also it uses wifi not IR so moving it to a different room won't isolate it from the TV, so you build a low-tech Faraday "cage" and, yep, everything's fine now, it was the remote.

Be careful what you wish for when you're a town that has lost its major employer(s) and wants new ones in a similar industry.
Sometimes a company will come along and be the absolute worst.
Like the San Group, in Port Alberni.
The stories I heard of the condition of their employees was horrible.The company, celebrated in 2018 as a kind of saviour and new path forward, went bankrupt after just a few years and mistreating their employees.

#TFW the consultant who maintains your company's #Salesforce sets up #DKIM in Salesforce's sandbox environment and asks you to create the necessary #DNS records for it and doesn't understand why it's a problem that he used the same selectors (i.e., DNS record names) for the sandbox environment that are already being used in production.
(I'm sure he has an expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, but maybe not so much in email security.) -
