En 1968, marchant sur les traces de Mad magazine et de Hara Kiri hebdo (peut-être sans le savoir), l’auteur d’Astro Boy et de Black Jack s’essaie à l’humour “pour adultes”, mais à la japonaise, c’est-à-dire avec une histoire à rebondissements de 400 pages !
Livre jumeau de “Debout l’humanité !”, “La grande panique du Diletta” était épuisé depuis 10 ans.
Nous sommes donc très heureux de pouvoir le remettre dans les mains de nos chères lectrices et lecteurs !Sortie en librairie le 17 avril.

C'est une nouvelle édition de ce titre que nous avions initialement publié en 2013 sous le titre "La grande pagaille du Diletta". Changement de titre et de maquette pour cette nouvelle édition, augmentée d'une préface inédite de Xavier Guilbert.
La traduction est toujours de Jacques Lalloz et Rodolphe Massé et la maquette de @gheurtault . -

#Pluto is a very long, very deliberate story. From the same writer as Monster. It is somehow as nihilistic as that story, but also as hopeful as that quantity.
It is a story using chars from Astro Boy. But not at all kid friendly. Unless you're a kid like I was. Waiting for philosophical tales, even if you dont what what that is.
Brilliant action. But you must be willing to sit thru brilliant character writing too. All to pitch perfect anim.

My daughter's music group, #Eyrie, in Japan, on June 7th, will release an album through Universal Music Japan, titled, #Hintori, which translates to Phoenix, Firebird, Immortal Bird. In Japanese culture, it's also a symbol of hope and renewal.
They'll be touring later as well through Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.
I'm so incredibly proud of Rina. She has amazing music talent and her music career is doing so great! She's the one in the middle in the group picture.
"Phoenix" was the life's work of Japan's world-renowned #manga artist Osamu #Tezuka, This is an official album produced with Tezuka Productions.
The album's preface has comments from Osamu Tezuka's eldest daughter, Rumiko Tezuka.
