Bystedts Blender Baker is a free add-on that assists in baking PBR materials in Blender - I am learning it now after having tried #TexTools (also a great free add-on!), but BBB seems to be even better. It can even do fast Anti-Aliasing and Denoising in post-process right away without baking my PC along with the textures! If you're working with HighPoly → LowPoly texturing, grab it!
