Interesting thoughts about Kaffe Fassett.
Many years ago I could attend a talk he gave at the needleart fair "Nadelwelt" in Karlsruhe - must have been around 2008 or so.
Very inspiring, very interesting. I still can't for the life of me work with color, but I love his art.

Went to the textile museum today which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend. In their gift shop you can buy scrap fabrics and notions and old patterns there too. The items are donated and the money raised goes to support the museum. They have free workshops too, one workshop was going on while there and it looked very friendly.
