Does anyone have any recommendations on books to really learn reverse proxies and #NGINX? The ones I've found seem to have little to no reviews and I don't want to pay for AI generated crap.

My current favourite introductory (undie-level) #textbooks on #QuantumComputing #QC are these:

Both books are aimed at college seniors majoring in CS or maths. While these texts may be a bit clunky for the physics or EE upperclassmen's liking, they could serve as a gentler introduction to #QuantumMechanics #QM for the freshmen in these disciplines.

I prefer H Wong's book, but T Wong's book is also superb (and it is free). I recommend the students read both. This sure is a rare case of two Wongs making one right.

NB—QC maybe but a #hype, for the time being. It may yet grow into something practicable, in the near future. But then, it may not. Be that as it may, the concepts that sprang from Feynman's 1982 seminal paper on the physics of #ReversibleComputing are fascinating all their own, so the undergrads in physics, EE, CS, and maths should at least be familiar with them. After all, no substantive knowledge is ever superfluous. And more importantly, QC can be a springboard, an enticement even, for these kids to dive into the fascinating ocean of QM, or at least dip into an intriguing classical computing pond of #ProbabilisticComputing.

Consider what happened in Texas in 2010. As part of a highly publicized revamp of the state social studies curriculum, the Republican-controlled Texas Board of Education removed slavery as the central cause of the Civil War and replaced it with states' rights and secession, with Republican board member Patricia Hardy calling slavery "an after issue." The Republican members also considered referring to the slave trade as the "Atlantic Triangular Trade" before finally settling on "Transatlantic Slave Trade."

The new curriculum was silent on the KKK during Reconstruction and failed to mention the Jim Crow era at all. It also equated Confederate President Jefferson Davis and Abraham Lincoln.

In addition, the curriculum claimed that Joseph McCarthy was correct when he said the U.S. government had been infiltrated by communists in the 1950s, included lessons on why the U.S. needs to return to the gold standard, and asserted that the United Nations, International Criminal Court, and global environmental initiatives undermined U.S. sovereignty. And it scrubbed any mention of Thomas Jefferson's role in U.S. history because he advocated for the separation of church and state.
