KI und Urheberrecht: Es ist kompliziert!
Es gibt einen Satz, den man in jeder Diskussion über KI und Urheberrecht irgendwann liest. Für KI gebe es keine Gesetze. Das klingt einleuchtend, und es ist trotzdem falsch. Die Gesetze gibt es seit Jahren. Sie sind nur so gebaut, dass sie vor allem denen nützen, die einen langen Atem und gute Anwälte haben.
Wenn man verstehen will, worum eigentlich gestritten wird, hilft es, drei Dinge auseinanderzuhalten, die ständig in einen Topf geworfen werden. Das Training, das fertige Modell und das, was am Ende herauskommt. Rechtlich haben die drei fast nichts miteinander zu tun.....
