Someone else on another social media platform pointed this out, which looked pretty cool.
If I understand correctly this was a limited run of minis, done in collaboration between a Chinese museum and a toy company called 52Toys. Sadly seems no longer available.

From AP: On March 29, 1974, a group of Chinese farmers digging a well struck fragments of terracotta buried underground; archeologists would ultimately discover terracotta sculptures of more than 8,000 soldiers and other figures. The “Terracotta Army” would become one of the most significant archeological discoveries of the 20th century.
