If I understand correctly this was a limited run of minis, done in collaboration between a Chinese museum and a toy company called 52Toys. Sadly seems no longer available.

Unfortunately two terracotta soldiers were damaged at the famous Terracotta Army display in China. The man was reported as suffering from mental illness leapt into the 18ft pit. The “Terracotta Army” would become one of the most significant archeological discoveries of the 20th century.
