Il y a quelques mois, j'ai décidé d'acheter un #Murena. J'en suis plus que satisfait. J'utilise le #Workspace depuis quelques jours; j'avais jusqu'ici #proton unlimited. Là, je suis à 100% avec le calendrier etc. Je n'ai pas Android auto qui en fait est inutile puisque j'ai le BT pour les appels et SMS et que j'utilise le GPS de la voiture. J'ai tout ce qu'il me faut mes app fonctionnent sauf la carte Vitale mais je préfère la vraie. Je ne" regrette pas mon #Samsung note. Si c'était a refaire, je prendrais le #Teracube un chouilla plus cher, mais bon. -

So lange "westliche" und asiatische produzierende Firmen (Beispiele bei Smartphones: #Apple und #samsung ) mit ihrem Geld skrupellos den Konflikt schüren, um billig an wichtige Rohstoffe zu kommen (Coltan, Gold, Kobalt, ...), wird sich genau NICHTS ändern.
Und so lange die Käufer/innen diesen Aspekt ignorieren, haben die Firmen keinen Anlass, etwas zu verändern. Wir müssen mit den Füßen abstimmen und, bleiben wir mal beim Beispiel Smartphone, Geräte wählen, die+ faire Rohstoffe verwenden (Konfliktmineralien vermeiden);
+ unter fairen Arbeitsbedingungen hergestellt werden;
+ modular und reparierbar, also nachhaltig konstruiert sind.Stand heute kommen da nur #Fairphone, #Shiftphone und #Teracube in Frage.
Und natürlich lange nutzen. -
Been monitoring various non-Google-oriented phones as a gift for someone special, and I'm currently eying either an /e/ OS phone, GraphineOS, or CalyxOS.

Right, my phone is a #Teracube 2e. As part of degoogling, I'd like to deandroid it, but I need to be sure that I can get my banking app and the authenticator app onto the new operating system. Yes, the authenticator is Google, but... I need it to authenticate me to various things.
So, if I put e/os #eOS (or other fully open operating system) on it, how do I get these apps onto it? Anyone got personal experience?

Has anyone tried the #Teracube phone? It has a four-year warranty and is supposed to be repairable.

Also look at the #TeraCube mobile phone. It's cheaper and can also be ordered with /e/OS

Alors ce soir j'esaie de connecter mon /e/ teracube à mon PC linux Mint avec #Warpinator : impossible, #Rusdesk : impossible, #KDEConnect : impossible ! Ç a me met dans une rage folle, ça fonctionne parfois mais souvent, ça ne fonctionne pas !
C'est pas le bon point pour /e/ ou #teracube ! -
@jordinn It's a walled garden and despite all it's #greenwashing, #Apple never cared for #sustainability (e.g. batteries soldered into devices). And #privacy with a #megacorp that scans your pics?
Google of course is even worse. Therefore: #Fairphone running #FairphoneOpenOS or #LineageOS.
#Teracube's an option, too. It's a bit cheaper and also supports #Lineage, but Fairphone has a longer track record, more transparency and the overall better product from my experience.

@8xTeilzeit @Erdrandbewohner Habe eOS auf ein neues #Teracube Smartphone für unter 220€ gekauft. 4 Jahre Garantie und Akku lässt sich ohne Werkzeug von Hand wechseln.
Hier für 200€ mit eOS bei eBay Kleinanzeigen.
