Last Friday, I drove down to the Mount St. Helens area for an overnight stay at Silver Lake Resort, then a field trip the next day Saturday on the Hummocks Trail. The hike was the final field trip of the Volcano Naturalist program. So, on the drive down, I stopped in the small town of Tenino to cycle the Tenino-Yelm Trail. Beautiful day, very nice trail. Tenino is a cool little town, too. The town has a swimming pool in a rock quarry. #cycling #PNW #ThurstonCounty #biking #outdoors #Tenino
