Actualización médica del día. 🩺 El doctor ya me revisó y el plan de ataque oficial incluye pomada de naproxeno con lidocaína directamente en las manos, además de tomar diclofenaco para la inflamación. 🩹 Si de plano la cosa se pone peor o la molestia se vuelve muy grave, me dio luz verde para pasar a las ligas mayores con ketorolaco o ibuprofeno. 💊 Cruzando los dedos para que las férulas y las medicinas hagan efecto rápido y no tener que llegar a eso. 🤞

@erwhatdidyousay I sleep on my stomach, and I must’ve slept on both arms.

I have a #tfcctear in my left wrist, that over the past almost 15 years I’ve had multiple surgeries on… the last of which shaved back more of the torn #tendon and #ulna… and that was over a decade ago.

Because of that #injury, I’m used to the #numbness in my left hand. But experiencing the same in my right hand… that’s new.
