It's hard to express the nature and depth of relationship which a small town citizen comes to have with the people who work at the municipal dump.
I missed it two weeks ago, but we had a St George town parade through our village of Tenants Harbor here and by late afternoon everyone was buzzing about the "float that stole the show". It was this truck and all the DUMP GUYS waving from it.
