Every morning, when we got out of work at 7:00 am, I'd drive Ron home.

Driving Ron home meant stopping at the Grocery for a 6-pack of Bush pounders (if I recall). Oh, I suppose I bought something too. I can't believe that. I used to go to his place after work, have a couple of beers and drive home at like 8:30 am. Not "drinking" drinking. Nothing dangerous.

I'm really fond of that memory. Ron enjoyed chess. He had a really nice chess set in the middle of his living room, in that tiny apt. Sadly, we never did get to engage in the chess game we'd chuckle and say next time.

More than anything (except his beloved family), Ron loved the #temptations "The Temps!" he used to say (or is it "The tempts"?... someone would know).

I so enjoyed those times, just sippin a beer, listening to the tempts, and having a chat with Ron Hart. That's a fortunate experience. An experience of fortune. I'm pleased to share it with you.
