Once upon a time there was a #TechWontBuildIt movement, what happened to it?

imho a plurality of ethically-non-neutral licenses could flourish and work...but most likely with the backing of a cross-employer tech worker's union.

consider it like badges--different union members might support different sets of software licenses--maybe there's some floor for union membership like #techwontbuildit/legally defined human rights, but some members might only work with carbon-neutral orgs and others might not

@chartier on the other hand, #TechWontBuildIt movement is there for people who *do* stop and question
